&lt;p&gt;Any chalk player can win as long as the chalk is coming in. Where&amp;#39;s the handicapping or horseplaying skill in that? Playing what everyone else is &amp;#39;capping for you?&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;My 85 year old mother does that.&lt;/p&gt;
