JDN, following Smarty Jones is not cliche at all. He is a great horse and has a lot to offer. Actually, if you read our Maiden Watch blog at all, they are following all the Smarty Jones 2YO. You should really check that out!

While it seems a little cliche, I will be following the offspring of Smarty Jones. As one of my favorite all-time runners, I am anxious to see if he can duplicate his talent and perserverance.

Hi Adam~Perfect Soul was awesome to see! I would likely follow Speightstown-he's a really good-looking individual with great bloodlines. Apparently his offspring have already been selling well at auction. The two I will definitely be watching in the future are Bluegrass Cat & Bernardini!! ~Laura

Laura, I am excited and a little jealous you saw Perfect Soul racing, I wish I could have seen him break the Turf record for a Mile. I really tend to like Turf races and Turf bound horses. Who would you choose to follow?

Adam~I think you made a good choice to follow Perfect Soul-I witnessed his races @ Keeneland- he holds the track record on the turf course at a mile. Any grandson of Secretariat is good in my book! I continue to enjoy your tales-keep them coming! ~Laura

My choice is Seattle Fitz (ARG). He's not one of the "big name" freshman sires right now, but I'm predicting good things for this grandson of Cipayo (ARG).
