That episode was pretty credible (I like that show anyway). The Mentalist did one involving horse racing not long ago that had me cringing a couple of times. Won't spoil it in case anyone watches it, but if you are even a little familiar with racing, you'll catch a few errors. BUT, it's just great to see that racing is being treated as relevant.

I am a regular viewer of Psych and saw this episode in its' original airing. I thought it was one of the best aired. Besides being excited over the backdrop of the race track, the story line was quite believable and the actual show quite good.
