&lt;p&gt;Whether you are riding, brushing, feeding or shoveling manure, its a wonderful thing. &amp;nbsp;I hope others catch the feeling of horses.&lt;/p&gt;

I taught inner-city girl scouts how to ride horses and about caring for horses for several years. It was so much fun seeing the transformation from &amp;quot;scared to touch the horse&amp;quot; to actually wanting to pick up a pitchfork and help out after their rides. I wish more kids had the chance to interact with horses these days!&lt;/p&gt;
