Throw Breakage and Outs in there too and we can have one helluva summit, the purpose of which would be saving/uniting our industry.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;NTRA, TRA, HTA, USTA, AGTOA, Breeders, Owners, Regulators, Racetracks, (Net Importers and Net Exporters), ADW Providers, Journalists, Consultants, Tote Companies, Video/Comms Providers - someone please call a meeting and invite the best and brightest minds from these entities. Our industry can be successful. Let&amp;#39;s start by addressing the issue of takeout.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;This seems to be very simple math. So the question is: Are the presidents and general managers of the racetracks incompetent, lazy, or just plain don&amp;#39;t care. Of course, you can&amp;#39;t leave the racetrack owner out of this question.
