&lt;p&gt;I agree with Jason on the East Coast food tho. You can not get good italian, cheese steaks, pizza, or seafood in Kentucky&lt;/p&gt;

My daughter-in-law was a surgical nurse for years so, I have some idea of the stress and heartbreak that go along with that job (vocation is a better word). It also has a lot of rewards when lives are saved. Bless you and all nurses, I could never do what you do! The sight of blood drops me to the floor.
