And I think he will get him this time too. I love this rivalry and these two horses really impressed me last out(Albano & Intense Holiday). I just have a feeling Larry will have Albano cranked tighter than Pletcher will have Intense Holiday, but looking at their works it appears the gloves will be on the ice! This is going to be a fun race. Nice read Steve, I like Mr. Jones, he's a classic and I wish him the best whenever he's in the mix. In the long run, that would be in Louisville, I give the nod to Intense Holiday, but I'm going to be on the edge of my seat for this darby. Riders Up!

TnT, I agree with your take. Albano is flying under the radar and his trainer knows how to have them battle-tested ready. A tough competitive spirit goes a long way in the Derby. I will likely wheel him in my Derby bets.

Now the Seaview Hotel is going to get a boatload of applications from people wanting to work there so they can get a horse named after them. Pretty cool stuff. I like what they have done. A guy brings room service and Larry says, " I'm a little short on cash right now so I tell you what, how about if I name a champion thoroughbred after you for your tip?" "Sounds good to me Mr. Jones. You mean I could be a stud? Yippee ah yeah, yippee I ohhhhhh. Yeeha !!!! Ya'll enjoy your dinner now, ya hear. Woohoo !!!!"

Excellent read and extremely informative, I think Albano is very underrated, I fully expect him to surprise a few people, make the the dozen next week, even a 4th place on Saturday should get him enough points to be in the derby. Great horse. Master Trainer.
