Needless to Say (Peace Rules - Expected Temper by Valid Expectations) returns after finishing a non-threatening 6th first time out on July 5. Hopefully, she has learned something from that experience. Needless to Say is out of a winning mare who is a half-sister to four winners including Tempered Appeal who was a stakes winner as a 2-year old.
