In addition to the results below, La Equivocada (filly; Smarty Jones - Dragonada by Nureyev), who broke her maiden on July 11 at Camarero Race Track in Puerto Rico, made her first start against winners in an allowance race at Camarero on November 17. She led for most of the race, but was passed late and finished 2nd.

In the November 16 races, My Little Sister (Saarland) was scratched from the race at Mountaineer. The winner in that one was Almost Perfect, who is the 6th winner for her sire, Perfect Soul.

Not Up for Love is Kept in Mind

Keep Me in Mind (Smarty Jones) broke well and went up with the leading pack which also included Count the Gold, St John's Gospel, and Opening Statement. After a half, Keep Me in Mind and Opening Statement fell back, as Count the Gold and St John's Gospel went on. However, Not Up for Love soon joined the leaders on the outside. This was too much for Count the Gold, but St John's Gospel continued to battle. But, Not Up for Love prevailed.

In the stretch, Noble Rule swung outside and began gobbling up ground. However, Entice was closing faster and swept into the lead. Noble Rule had to settle for second. Another good effort for Noble Rule, who has now finished 2nd four times. Hopefully one day she'll break through with that first win.
