Hornung Dominates at Golden Gate

Not much drama in this one. Hornung (Speightstown) came out well and went up to the lead. He was pressured by Rosemount Lad and Capital Cat early, but soon left them behind. He drew off without much urging, winning by 8. Hornung seems to have been the worst kept secret at Golden Gate, as he paid a whopping $2.60 for his victory. Hornung is the 15th winner for Speightstown.
