Woody's Bluff too Much for Mocha and Lucy

Bercause went for the early lead, closely followed by Woody's Bluff, and Lady Dawn. Lucy to the Max (Birdstone) wasn't far off of these in fourth. Woody's Bluff made the first move, gravitating to the front after a half. Bercause and Lady Dawn fell back after a time, but Lucy to the Max stayed close. Meanwhile, Fight On for Ol Sc and Mocha d'Oro (Medaglia d'Oro) were moving as a team into contention. However, Woody's Bluff began to increase his lead. At the wire, Woody's Bluff was clear by better than 3, but it was close for 2nd between Fight On for Ol Sc, Mocha d'Oro, and Lucy to the Max, who finished in that order.

Desert Fox couldn't gain any positions, but he didn't lose any either, finishing 4th. Brunelleschi (Medaglia d'Oro) didn't show much, finishing 12th and last.
