Seeking Gold in Jersey Town

Invisible Stars Over Moving Violation

Invisible Star broke well and went to the lead. However, Big Green was in close pursuit. Those two stayed 1-2 throughout, but the margin increased, as favorite Invisible Star spurted away late. 40-1 Prudent Heir rallied nicely to pick up the third spot, passing 3 or 4 in the stretch. Moving Violation (Medaglia d'Oro) was up near the pace early, but tired to 7th. Still, it was an improved finish over his last start, but that may have been caused by the drop in class. It's nice to see Peachtree Stable pick up a win with a son of Invisible Ink, since they raced that 2nd-place Derby finisher.
