Keep Him in Mind

Keep Me in Mind (Smarty Jones) broke on top and was a little headstrong. But, he soon settled back in third, letting Lucky Zoom and Stonestreet Star battle. Smart Justice (Smarty Jones), who was bumped out of the gate, soon found himself in fourth. Keep Me in Mind went to the outside to go after the leader, as Lucky Zoom began to tire. It looked for a moment that Keep Me in Mind would not get by Stonestreet Star, but he kept going and got the win. Dubai Review came on the scene late to get third. Smart Justice tired late and ended up 5th. By the way, Keep Me in Mind is trained by John Servis, who trained Smarty Jones. Watch the Replay.

It's Turbo Time

Miss Dubai looked the best in the post parade to my eye, but Turbo Time broke on top. Miss Dubai was not far off, despite being sandwiched at the start. Those two battled down the lane, with Turbo Time getting his head in front. Dandy Dancer came on late, and may appreciate a few more furlongs. This one was pretty formful, someone got good information on these babies, the favorite won, 2nd-choice was runner-up, and show went to the third choice in the wagering. By the way, no whips or blinkers were allowed in this one. Watch the Replay.
