Bristol Harbour (Rockport Harbor - Anclote by Twining) was scratched. Re Examine was more than 13 ahead of third-place Freuds Ana Streak (Freud - Streaks of Red by Cryptoclearance). Also scratched were Gebb's Mission (Anasheed - Gebb's Princess by Missionary Ridge (GB)) and Princess d'Oro (Medaglia d'Oro - Princess Tam by Brahms). The track was fast.
