Making Time Fly

Geraldine'sthunder (Lightnin N Thunder - Ms. Reprized by Reprized) and Ms Ribato (Act of Duty - Richmond Rebel by Personal Flag) were late scratches. The track was fast. Many Crowns (Deputy Wild Cat - Vesuvio by Broad Brush) was favored, and Miss Tiny Rolecks (Rockport Harbor - Tiny Watch by Paramount Jet) was respected at 3-1. She looked good in the paddock and on the track. Many Crowns was reluctant to load, hit the gate at the start, and was near the back. Miss Tiny Rolecks went to the lead, with Cherry Road pressing. Wild Bout Tiffany (Wildcat Heir - Vienna's Song by Songandaprayer) took a run at Miss Tiny Rolecks, but she couldn't keep up. Miss Tiny Rolecks was running pretty easily. She was a little green in the stretch, but kept widening her advantage, coasting home with an easy 6 1/4 length victory. This was a very nice looking win, and Miss Tiny Rolecks was full of vinegar after the race. She is winner number two for Rockport Harbor. Watch the Replay.

Southern Minx (Lion Heart - Southern Lass by Southern Halo), the only filly with turf experience, was favored. She looked good in the post parade. Lady Bluegrass (Bluegrass Cat - Unbridled Lady by Unbridled) opened up at 12-1, but took late money to go off at 3-1. She looked calm and composed.
