News and Notes

No 2-year-old races carded for Saturday. There is one Sunday at Sunland, but I will mostly likely take a break until next week.

Two-Year-Old Results

This One was Allaboutcaroline

All eight fillies ran on the Polytrack. Allaboutcaroline (Value Plus - Goldleafed Mirror by Gold Alert) was favored. Wesley Ward trained Lignite (Run Away and Hide - Internal Affair by Orientate) also took some play. It was Allaboutcaroline and Lignite who broke best, and went immediately for the lead. Flirtinwiththeboss (Street Boss - Ginger Bay by Golden Missile) and Emma's Holy Bee (Defer - Whateverwillbwillb by Western Expression) were chasing these early. Allaboutcaroline soon shook free from Lignite, and went on to post a 5 3/4 length win. Lignite was secure in second, more than 5 lengths in front of the others. Fantacious (Dehere - Chris's Princess by Rubiano) ran well late to grab third from Flirtinwiththeboss. Watch the Replay.
