Where's Dominic? With Fancy Henry?

October 21 Result

Imwiththeblonde Winner

The track was fast, and only Dawn's Charm (Hard Spun - Deb's Charm by Silver Charm) was scratched. Imwiththeblonde (Montbrook - Silent Serenade by Blare of Trumpets) was favored. Also taking money was debuting Lady Rosamond (Keyed Entry - Dixie Image by Halo's Image). Having Abig Middle (Big Brown - Lady On Holiday by Harlan's Holiday) was 9-1, but her trainer Doug O'Neill told HRTV that he was putting a few dollars on her. Supercilious (Pulpit - Supah Jackie by Mecke) was a little rambunctious in the paddock. Lady Rosamond caught my eye as they headed to the track. Truly Beautiful (Jump Start - Hey Beautiful by Cee's Tizzy) was reluctant to load. Imwiththeblonde broke on top. Surelylu's Andante (Cindago - Reregister by Awesome Again) was the next to show, but Escape Act (Medaglia d'Oro - Miss Houdini by Belong to Me) went by her to grab second. Having Abig Middle had a decent spot in fourth. Imwiththeblonde continued to show the way, chased by Escape Act, and Lady Rosamond began to make up some ground. In the stretch, Imwiththeblonde drew away from her pursuers, and went on to post an easy 4 1/2 length win. Lady Rosamond overtook Escape Act late for second. Having Abig Middle ran fairly evenly, fourth most of the way, and that was where she finished. Supercilious was one of the few who made up ground, capturing fifth. Watch the Replay.
