Haynesfield (Speightstown) had to work harder this time, but he recorded his 2nd stakes win in the Count Fleet. Plus, Second Glance (Smarty Jones) gets his maiden win at Laurel.

Passum Pattie (Peace Rules) picks up an allowance victory at Charles Town. Plus, some eye-catching performances in Maiden Watch races, but not by Maiden Watch horses. Congor Bay's (Speightstown) Hollywood Prevue try highlights the entries.

Gemswick Park (Speightstown) held the early lead in the Tempted, but Livin Lovin (Birdstone) ran her down to take the victory.

This is a day mostly devoted to Maiden Watch graduates, as we have three grade I's and two allowances. And, just so the name of the blog doesn't have to change, maiden tries for Frosty Diamond (Medaglia d'Oro) and Chattertown (Speightstown). Plus, a grade I result for Be Smart (Smarty Jones) and a maiden result for Noble Rule (Peace Rules).

Only one upcoming entry, as Valid Rule (Peace Rules) debuts at Arlington. New workers include Smarty's Gold (Smarty Jones), Custers Last Stand (Congaree), Bhangaloo Ruby (Peace Rules), Gifts for a King (Saarland), and Chattertown (Speightstown).
