Game Show went off as the favorite, but she encountered traffic trouble and some bumps and could do no better than third. She didn't give up, however, so should come back strong. Glimmering Hope seemingly benefitted from experience, as she drew off to a professional 3-length victory....(read more)

OBS Selected Sale of Two-Year-Olds in Training

The OBS Selected Sale of Two-Year-Olds in Training is on February 12th (with the Under Tack Shows on Feb. 3 and 10). First-year stallions are well represented here. Alas, there are no Smarty Jones' offspring, but there is a Medaglia d'Oro, a Perfect Soul, a Saarland, a Tapit, a The Cliff's Edge, 2 Peace Rules, 2 Strong Hopes, 3 Speightstowns, 4 Lion Hearts, 4 Toccets, and 7 Chapel Royals (just to name a few). This will be the first opportunity to see the new 2-year olds in action.

Tomorrow, we'll comment on the results of the first Under Tack Show.
