&lt;p&gt;Really fell for Perfect Song - very handsome colt and not unlike Pleasantly Perfect in looks!!!!! &amp;nbsp;Did Beggin run? &amp;nbsp;I did not hear him mentioned in commentary as obviously he was the one I would have been cheering for as his sire is Pulpit!!!! &amp;nbsp;I love Northern Dancer too and he is the sire of two of my other all time favourite stallions in The Minstrel and Nijinsky II!&lt;/p&gt;

I think its a nice blend of well known and less known sires. I haven&amp;#39;t been the kindest to this blog, but do have to admit I was thinking congar bay had no chance based on what I feel is a weak set of sires followed in this writing.
