JOANR - are you sure that you don't have Zapster confused with another horse? He was entered on June 10 at Delaware, but scratched. I do see where he ran in a trial race at Aiken, but that doesn't count. Do you have more information about his victory, day/race number or an article reference?

I heard that Ward took some of his 2 yr olds to England. One of them won the Queen Mary Stakes (engII). Is this a graded race for yr. olds and will it count in the graded stakes earnings if they decide to enter next year in the Kentucky Derby. thanks.

Rachel Alexandra is the only surviving offspring of Lotta Kim.

The Empire Maker colt was put down this spring as he had developed Wobblers Syndrome.

Lotta Kim's 2009 foal did not live and she won't be bred again until next year.

Does anyone know any information on a 2yr old named Empire Ruler. A 1/2 brother to Rachel Alexandra.How he is doing and maybe when he may start.The trainer is Hal Wiggins owned by Mr.Morrison.Thanks

I am so sad to hear about Proud Accolade. Not a great day with Sailor's Cap dying suddenly this morning. It was therefore very nice to see Jealous Again's win at Royal Ascot and find out that Rachel is running in the Mother Goose.
