Congaree - durable; ship-able; stayed with one of the quickest Derby paces on record and hung on to third; grade 1 winner at 7 furlongs and 1 &1/4 miles. What else can you ask from a horse? He was discounted, in my opinion, and that usually bites the "experts" when he turns out to be a great sire. Keep your eye on his off-spring.
