Hello! Is there anyone that can tell me the status of Maxinkuckee Miss. I am a fan of the horse and have it on my horse watch. I haven't received any workout figures and when I searched for the horse on the Daily Racing Form site it came up blank.Previously,when I searched DRF it always brought up the past performances of the horse. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

It was this past Sunday if Im not mistaken, or Saturday if that isnt the day. Check Sunday first. It definitely was this past weekend.

sophiekea - thanks for the work note about Heir to the Stone/Throne. What day was this? I remember last year, one track kept recording works for Invisible Ink who was 2nd in the 2001 Derby. Turns out they meant Invincible Ink, daughter of Invisible Ink.

Sherrie - Even though we are concentrating on 2-year olds, any and all Maiden discussion is welcome. I too was impressed with Discreet Treasure, although I would like to see him on the turf or on a fast dirt track to see if he was flattered by liking the mud (and the rest of the field not liking the mud).

His owner also owns his dam, so he is in a nice spot. If it were me, I'd sell the mare and keep the colt, even though it might be wiser to do the reverse.

jamaicanjockeys - yes, Zion's race was impressive, although I was more impressed by C.S. Silk on Sunday, but I may be biased. Zion's dam, Riverkeeper is an unraced Awesome Again mare. Zion is her first foal to race. Riverkeeper's dam, Alcovy, won or placed in 16 stakes including the Falls City (gr. III) and the Sixty Sails (gr. III). Riverkeeper is a half-sister to one winner. Zion is raced by the Pyro team - Winchell Thoroughbreds and Steve Asmussen.

I noticed Aqueduct clocker put Heir to the Throne instead of Stone. So that workout hasnt been published. Something you got to have an eye out for. There is no Heir other than the Stone at the big A.

Maybe only babies are allowed on this blog, but did anyone see Discreet Treasure at Belmont on saturday? He is georgeous gray by El Prado and a half brother to Discreet Cat. It was an awesome first start.

I imagine he will be the next horse sold for an undisclosed seven figure price,like Curlin and Big Brown.

Can you please give me some information on a two year old I saw this past weekend. His name is Zion. He was very impressive. I know he is by Thunder Gulch but I don't much about Riverkeeper. Any information would be great because I think this one is special.
