He will be sorely missed but we do have a nice son of his standing at Vessels named Rocky Bar. I have high hopes that California will continue to attract more nice stallion prospects especially after receiving the stallions Coil, Street Life and Empire Way. &lt;/p&gt;

Because of the way genes are combined, each offspring is it&amp;#39;s own unique animal. That&amp;#39;s why you can end up with horses like In Excess, who greatly exceeded all reasonable expectations and why horses like The Green Monkey didn&amp;#39;t do so well on the track in spite of a superstar mix of bloodlines (although his success rate with offspring is better than his own track record). That gives hope to the breed in general.&lt;/p&gt;
