WHEN? The money is in the purses and the horses deserve a portion percentage above all for a future. Leaving the care and funding to retirement groups with no industry support it just plain wrong and shows the greed of this industry . Let the horses have a percentage of purses at the accredited tracks. &lt;/p&gt;

In my opinion, it ruins the tradition of racing from this state, and it could be a big factor for horse racing nationwide.&lt;/p&gt;

In the event they come off of that bike they have a sort of body shaped air bag that protects their spine and limbs. Think no more para and quadriplegics. : D&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;I mean, the horses take 4-6 weeks to recover from their racing dehydrated as it is, and this way the lasix wouldn&amp;#39;t be leaching calcium from their bones, causing ulcers and/or perhaps masking or excreting substances that might be &amp;quot;worrisome&amp;quot;...&lt;/p&gt;
