It's a great program, but I can't believe it's the only one of it's kind. Racing needs to start bringing in younger people. I'm proud to be a member of the RTIP.

Exchange wagering, 10% takeout, no breakage, zero drugs for all starters, maybe fixed odds wagering where you get the odds at the time the wager is made; give those big odds drops at the 3/4 pole to the offshore past posters... Real time odds & all wagers lowered to dime level... Lifetime bans country-wide for all cheating violators.

Do any of you expect to live long enough for any of these needed changes to occur? I know I don't. I don't expect the USA based industry to survive the lip service it pays to changes demanded by the wagering fans. Anything & everything but what we ask, have asked for decades.

I, for one, quit wagering in 2002. I follow but not with my money.

Play poker & watch as this industry continues to shrink & die. Don Quioxte would be proud.
