Bullsbay definitely had the perfect trip! Jeremy sat stone still on him and Bullsbay exploded when asked! It was a thrilling race to watch - especially since I was rooting for this team. A truly perfect trip for horse and jockey!

As an owner of Magical Fantasy, I cannot help but marvel at the skill of Alex Solis in guiding our filly to victory in the Maybee. The call at the finish by Trevor Denman said it all ... "under a perfect ride by Alex Solis, Magical Fantasy wins the John C Maybee" Thanks alex.

Even though my partner and I own the Dam and 1/2 sister weanling of Bullsbay, I have to admit about half way through the Whitney I about gave up on him...then he made one of the most impressive moves I have seen in a long time. His previous race in the Gold Cup should be disregarded....he did not adjust to the surface and was actually eased some in the stretch...it made for good betting in the Whitney though!

Watching Bullsbay bulling his way round the home turn and down the stretch after a perfect stalking trip was poetry in motion. This courageous son of Tiznow showed all his great Sire's heart and a considerable amount of his ability in pulling off the shock with Macho Again and Commentator beaten fair and square.

It was a great training feat from Graham Motion to bring the big horse back after a disappointing effort last time and a great off the pace ride from Jeremy Rose!

Watching the delight of Jeremy Rose and his enthusiastic patting of Bullsbay was a joy and delight! He knew who had won the race - the horse! Yes Jeremy gave him the perfect ride but the horse answered every call with all the enthusiasm so reminiscient of Tiznow himself!

Bullsbay wins my accolade of this weeks perfect trip!
