&lt;p&gt;I&amp;#39;m surprised about the broodmare statistics. &amp;nbsp;Earlier this year, I was involved in trying to sell some nice, older, stakes producing mares and found no one wanted a mare over the age of 12 and preferably UNPROVEN (????)!&lt;/p&gt;
