Antley taking care of Charismatic at the Belmont was an incredibly emotional moment.

The Oaks was a fantastic finish as the two fillies dueled at the finish.

Constantly changing weather here on Derby day. Like Super Saver and Lookin At Lucky. Always would love to see a filly win. Happy Derby day!

I remember quite well the 1997 Derby, I followed a horse since his maiden race at Gulfstream , He even had his own column in the racing form called " Pulpit Watch ". He was a gorgeous colt with a great Claiborne pedigree to match ! I remember watching him in the Fla. Derby getting beat for the first time by a horse named Captain Bodgit ,I was very dissapointed but , I knew he could redeem himself ! The Blue Grass Stakes , he looked like the racehorse he was ! Then came Derby Day ! I remember he came from post # 7 , he tried his best ! I think S Sellers did the best he could, considering the colt sustained a carrer ending injury ! I knew he would be a successful Stallion and he certainly has ! Good Luck to his son Ice Box ,and may everyone have a safe and happy Derby Day !!
