I'd say that Buckaroo is a different type of influence than Buckpasser. Buckpasser won top class stakes from 5.5f to 2 miles. He was a freak. Buckaroo was a more of an 8-9f horse and gives more speed in a pedigree.

Montbrook was a sprinter, and most of his runners are sprint-oriented, but he can get a variety of types depending on the mare.

Amen Hallelujah's dam was MSW at 8-9 furlongs, including the Calder Oaks. AH seems like a miler picking up this influence from her dam.

Outofthebox won the Super Derby (gr. I) at 10f, defeating E Dubai, and 2nd in the Florida Derby (gr. I) at 9f, to Monarchos. Outofthebox's dam is a half sister to a MG1SW at 9f, so must have picked up some of this staying ability.

Trust N Luck was speedy, yes, but won 3 stakes at 8.5f, including the Fountain of Youth (gr. I). His dam is by Dahar, a 9-12f turf horse out of the great Dahlia, who would stay 12+ furlongs all day.

As for Pure Precision, he seemed to take after his dam who had lots of speed, but he is still able to sire Tight Precision - a 9f turf SW. Checking out her female family, it's full of turf milers. Tight Precision is a half sister to Therecomesatiger, a MSW at 8-9f on turf. Plus, deeper in the family is Hasten to Add, who won the 14f Ebor Handicap at York and the 12f Laurel Turf Cup (gr. III).

Pure Precision, Thunderello, Trust 'n Luck, Chapel Royale -all sprinters for the most part.

The nice filly Amen Halelujah seems to have greater stamina.
