Without him, there would be no Goldikova. Too bad Danehill didn&#39;t last longer as he was on his way to becoming a name to remember. If Danzig did not have that slab fracture, no telling what kind of a race horse he could have been. 3-3 isn&#39;t such a bad record but it could have been even more impressive. I think he did just fine in the breeding shed and moved himself up to a 200,000 dollar fee.It was a sad day when his breeding career was over and his death as well.
