&lt;p&gt;Love them all but am particularly delighted by success of Doneraile Court and long may that continue! &amp;nbsp;Cocoa Beach is brilliant and hoopefully will do even better this season!&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Am sure there is value to be found out there and that there is a silver lining to the current recession!&lt;/p&gt;

However, the reality is that many of them are available at a 30-50% discount and some of them offer value at those numbers.However, given the state of the market,many of them would not be a value at any price.&lt;/p&gt;
