&lt;p&gt;Not necessarily. All we are saying is that this mating has no data available to give you a guide as to the effectiveness of the cross. TrueNicks would rather give you an accurate position on the cross than make up a hypothetical number that would lead you astray.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;We (Pedigree Consultants) have recommended a couple of &amp;#39;No Rating&amp;#39; matings for clients but these were for other reasons in the pedigree.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Byron &lt;br /&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
