Thanks for your question about the Stallion Affinity Report. The most compelling difference between our product and WTC is that we use the complete international database of The Jockey Club, including all starters and all stakes winners worldwide. This database advantage means that our ratings are more statistically significant close up in a pedigree and allow for specific sires to branch off of their broader sire lines, giving you more specificity between broodmare sires.

Also, we include a proprietary Sire Improvement Index in the report in addition to the nick rating. The Sire Improvement Index tells you how much the broodmare sire improves the sire, while the nick rating itself tells you how well the cross has done as a combination.

We recently did a post on Redoute’s Choice and Pivotal. Included are actual Stallion Affinity Reports for each stallion. Click here to check it out.

Thanks,

Ian

First, a dream. Then strategy. Last, and certainly not least, a lot of work. Over 90 years, and only 11 Triple Crown winners. With some expert advice, and the proper hindsight, truenicks may very well propel the next Triple Crown winning team. May I be a factor in contributing to the twelfth team of Triple Crown winners.

As TrueNicks uses data from the Jockey Club we have some fixed data costs which prices the product. We appreciate your feedback nonetheless and maybe we could come up with another version of the product with a different price point to suit other markets. If you have any ideas on this email me byron@truenicks.com
