Hall of Fame honors are for racing achievement wherever it takes place and the New York aspect is merely incidental. I remember one year at Arlington Park when a bettor simply could not bet against Randy Romero! We knew he wouldn&amp;#39;t win every race, but we also knew, at least I did, that if we bet against him, he would win! His enshrinement is overdue, but he&amp;#39;s now where he belongs!&lt;/p&gt;
