I was given the name Lance Ingmire from the authorities at NYRA who planned the event and was unaware that re-enactors were switched.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;As for reading my history, I didn&amp;#39;t write anything about Grant&amp;#39;s presidency. I merely reported the common findings of many opinion polls that rank Grant&amp;#39;s presidency low.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Please take your issue up with the people who organize the polls, not with me. I think Grant was a swell guy, especially the faux Grant, whomever that was, at Saratoga. &lt;/p&gt;

The &amp;nbsp;Civil Rights act of 1875 stating no discrimination on public conveyances suppression of the Ku Klux Klan, support of the 15th amendment, a humane policy to the American Indian are among his many achievements.&lt;/p&gt;
