&lt;p&gt;Another Saratoga experience that some people get wrong - Secretariat was saddled on the grass course, not under the trees, when he ran in the Whitney as a three-year-old. &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;If I had a dollar for each guy who recalls standing next to Penny Tweedy in the backyard on that fateful day, I&amp;#39;d be a rich man.&lt;/p&gt;
