&lt;p&gt;If anyone watches the replay of that race, he was going to win, but just started flicking his whip and hand riding!!! The 6 horse nailed him. &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Did he misjudge the wire, or was this just typical Kent D.---not riding out.&lt;/p&gt;
