I wish I could have bumped into you during closing weekend. Had a great time this past weekend, it was just what I needed. The backside felt deserted though, it was kinda nice and quiet.

Poncho is quite the star now huh? Every time we walked by him to and from where we parked, there was a crowd around him.

Can't wait for next season!!

Was it an equipment failure? If not like some are saying Cribnote is questionable as a two turn horse. I'm curious to know.

As far as a Derby horse, wow brave souls 8 months out on a colt that blew the turn, finished 2nd to a less than stellar group. alrighty then.

We should be inviting people into racing... not excluding them, or asking them to just pay a fee to come in the gates, only to ask them to spend more money while onsite.

Racing should be prudent in making it very well known that patrons are welcome and at "no charge" for just walking in the door.

My 8-year-old son made $30 in bets and now thinks he's going to earn his living playing the horses. :)

Looking fwd to next yr's season!

I grew up and went to college in upstate NY, but am currently exiled to the midwest as I finish up grad school.
