&lt;p&gt;I was unhappy that Skip Away&amp;#39;s son didn&amp;#39;t do well yesterday, but it was still lovely to see him.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Racing over the jumps is beautiful, exciting and different, and kudos to Saratoga for continuing these races where, as the commercials say, &amp;quot;thoroughbreds fly&amp;quot;!&lt;/p&gt;
