the smart thing for NYRA would be to give a betting voucher or NYRA one account holder a credit equal to the face amount of the seat price valid through 12/31/2011 in exchange for the ticket. that way they could clear their books of their liability in 2011, put at least some of the mobney back through the windows, or encourage new participation in their ADW platform.

Glad to see Saratoga was saved from Irene, but then again my mother's name was Irene and she loved Saratoga so there you have it! wonderful pic of Saratoga in the mist! I love Saratoga and always will. The fidoras, the topcoats, the 1930's and 40's are always in the wind there. Thank you for your articles on Saratoga really enjoying them. The train station in Saratoga Springs just brings back the old nostalgia along with Jerry Bailey on of the greatest jockeys of all time-if you happen to spend some time there.
