This Triple Crown winner won 9 of 10 starts as a 3 year old-losing only on heavy track as odds on favorite. This 18 year olds&amp;#39; granddaughter came in 2nd at odds of 39-1 at penn National last night. who is this Triple Crown winner?&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;California still have a high number of breakdowns and a lot of horses don&amp;#39;t grab it at all. &amp;nbsp;The only &amp;#39;not dirt&amp;#39; track that has been &amp;#39;as good dirt&amp;#39; for most horses is the one at Arlington.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Until breeding changes to ac-&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;commodate traits that per-&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;form best on these tracks we will have owners and some&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;trainers refusing to run on it.&lt;/p&gt;
