Black Caviar doesn't even know what a whip is. I can't wait to see this mare go to Ascot and hopefully the Breeders Cup this year. NO ONE can beat her at 6furlongs on this planet, and that's why she is my HOY.

At a perfect 8 for 8 record, how could we not expect more great things from her?

By the way, we always reserve the right to write about great horses and their accomplishments, even if they have not been previously mentioned. :)

Awesome Feather very nice filly but she's had a tendon, will she stand up to the grind of racing?

This is a new race that Rachel and Grace won - new track, new time of year; it is the Whitney 'Revanche', not the true Woodward.

And the REAL Woodward, the championship deciding Woodward, ended in 1981, when it was shortened to 9f to be a prep for the 10f Marlboro Cup, itself a prep for the 12f JC Gold Cup.

It could be argued she has nothing left to prove.

Can she win a one and one quarter mile race, as she has tried this distance 3 times, without winning?
