I never realized it had been gone, as I am on the West Coast and was not very much interested in Pimlico, except for the Preakness. I didn&amp;#39;t know it had such an amazing history- thanks for bringing it to my attention.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt; I remember a jockey who rode Invasor actually saying after he rode Union Rags, that Rags was the best horse he had ever riddden, I can&amp;#39;t wait to see that statement vindicated.&lt;/p&gt;

To secure the Special&amp;#39;s place in the present I think they should cement its date on the program and now that they have slots, increase the purse. Who is entered in this years race?&lt;/p&gt;
