&lt;p&gt;What would be the public reaction to Usain Bolt, as an example, injecting medication prior to running in a race?He wins because...&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;USA horse racing has an image problem that can only be improved with the banning of race day medication. Alas, some can&amp;#39;t see the forest for the trees. &amp;nbsp; &lt;/p&gt;
