Wayne Lukas back to a Triple Crown race Winner's Circle. It was the trifecta of comebacks for horse, jockey and trainer all wrapped up in one Classic race win. I couldn't be happier for all three of them! As a fan of all three, I give my heart felt congratulations to them for an inspirational win. It was gratifying to see hard work, excellent work ethics, confidence and a horse who always gives you his all - win or lose - in every race he runs in have success, triumphing at last in the Preakness Stakes.

Yes indeed, Mr. Lukas, having a positive outlook on life always brings sweet rewards in the end. Congratulations, again.

Remember when a certified headcase D. Wayne was training, aptly named Tabasco Cat, trampled and seriously injured his son?

What a choice of attitudes was here!

D. Wayne's choice was to take over the colt and make it a personal project to reform him, hands on, with walks and grazing and lots of play time in the sandbox, until he transmogrified into a relaxed and happy classic winner.

I never had much time for Lucas knockers after that.
