Ya all know if all states do not come too complete agreement on medication.....those old guys that have been there too long in D.C. will step up too the plate...they have not had exciting hearing in long time and would like nothing more then too make another political speech before tackling the problem.

Uniformity is the only way medication rules will work........Everyone on same page..... states that do not comply....do not accept horses from those states ...

It would appear that a national solution to this problem will be the only way to fix it. Everyone has had their chance. Plenty of time has been given. Now let's get on with the repair.

Just re-read "Integrity we can believe in," By Eric Mitchell about the Life at Ten shambles, the comments that followed could have been written now.... No change in attitudes, no changes in integrity .

The only remedy to these states is to remove all the important graded races to another state that does want change, hit these stupid people in their wallets, that is the only thing that will change attitudes.
