And, if it does, is it time for owners of more than one horse to simply hire their own private trainer. &amp;nbsp;What kind of care would e.g. $72,000 per year get you for a two horse stable? &amp;nbsp;someone wrote that we do not have two owners in the state of Texas. &amp;nbsp;until the &amp;quot;system&amp;quot; is changed, that is going to continue. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;

Hardly surprising there are short fields and owners racing in other states.&lt;/p&gt;
