Not being able to see exactly who finished in front, after the photo and then the longest inquiry of my life - Alysheba DQ to third, and neither was my "horse. I am still waiting for Pincay and his mount to finish. Wild Again the winner, may he rest in peace in horse heaven. Good title for this years Derby finish.

Wild Again showed a tremendous amount of grit and a flat out refusal to give in! That is what I look for in horses, the desire to run and to be the best is what I admired in him .
Wild again was a very successful sire and I did see him in person, I believe, at Calumet in 1988 along with Alydar and Affirmed. It was wonderful to see him and I am so sad at his passing. I always grieve when these great horses die. There must be a special heaven for them for they are all truly loved. God bless Wild Again and his tremendous heart.
