&lt;p&gt;are not.Some cost millions of dollars and achieve nothing.I think&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;horse racing will always survive because I can,t think of another sport were David has a better chance of defeating Goliath than&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Thoroughbred Racing.&lt;/p&gt;
